Touch-less wash. It is handy, but if you're vehicle is really dirty some prewashing will probably be necessary. Sometimes they will have some pails with soapy water for your use that may be kind of dirty.
I am in total disbelief of the service and lack of general knowledge this establishment has given me today!! Jan 2016 I had brought in my Cadillac DTS in to this location and had a full service oil change performed and developed an oil leak which come to find out they had cross threaded my drain plug which I ended up replacing and having Newaygo tire wholesalers install correctly for me, I had them service my Tahoe in April at which point I had to return for my power steering wasn't topped off which was supposed to be included with the full service. Now this week I guess I am a fool and returned with my new Cadillac DTS I had got a month ago and only has 80,000 miles on it.. Pulling out of the car wash which was included with the full service I got an alarm for check coolant level.. It had shut off as soon as I straightened out the wheels so figured might have just been an air pocket from them popping the cap and checking fluid levels.. I drove to Muskegon later the same day, being just this past Monday along my trip my car starts overheating.. They didn't tighten the radiator cap properly and the arrow on the cap was not aligned so the radiator was not venting properly.. As if that wasn't bad enough now my Cadillac with 85,000 miles on it has started knocking either from the thing overheating or just bad oil/filter. I tried calling them when they opened the following day and was insulted by the "manager" of the facility.. I then told him I was on my way down there to speak to him in person and he was no where to be found and then the employees provided me with a non working number for the owner of the establishment.. I have called the chamber of commerce and they are not a member and now am getting my car looked at by a "Certified Mechanic" and will be contacting a lawyer.. All I wanted was just a new filter and some better oil to try to remedy the knock that developed from their incompetence!!

I have been going to this establishment for over 7 years now, and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They know how to get the job done and they always do it right! Their customer service is top knotch and they are always pleasant with me. They talk to my kids, especially my youngest son who loves cars and loves talking to them. Best part, they're right in town and I don't have to go to the next town over! They're local guys, they love their community and it shows. I highly recommend!!!
