Dale Platz is a top electrician. Because of that he charges top electrician prices, that is ok. I had him install a backup generator and he did a fine job with a good pleasent attitude. It did cost more that others but he kept things neat a clean. The problem I have is that he left a 2 inch diameter hole in my outside wall with a 1 inch diameter conduit coming through it. I have been spending the afternoon fighting off ants in the kitchen (lived here 2 years and never had ants or insects before). I can't say for a fact that this is the way they got in but it is the most probable since there are no other holes or cracks to the outside. Besides, ants or no ants there should not be a hole left in my house to the outside. I have not contacted Dale to fix this issue since it is quicker for me to go to the hardware store and get some expanding foam and plug up the hole myself. A simple act, that if Dale had taken the time to do in the first place I would not be writing this poor review.
