Love the convenience of this small town store. I have and will continue to support them but wish the new owners wouldn't have eliminate alot of the products I used to buy. Sometimes it is very frustrating.
Great, cozy, local grocery store. Not the best selection, but definitely the basics and then some. Great people, and always find the things I need for when we visit up here. Can't find a better place around.

They have the nicest customer service. I’ve called to check their stock for random unpopular items and they’ve always been happy to check and have had the items I’ve needed every time!
Great store for such a small area. This is my go to for meat, especially beef steak. Gene's carries Choice Grade and is the only store around that does. The tenderness is unbeatable. They also have almost everything I need. Sometimes a larger store is what you need, but Gene's is quicker and less work because it is smaller. I do not find that the prices are higher. They still maintain the same sales their larger store in Grant has.
