Both my brother and I had purchased a game from here well as most of you know you can either rent or buy took the game home played it and it completely sucked so we assumed we could bring it back as if we rented it because it cost the same to rent didnt have the game any longer then a day and was told I couldnt return it? Why is this? The disk has zero scratches do not recomend this place to anybody..will not spend another doller at this store
Just discovered this place and it's awesome. Great selections, lots of independent films. And they have crazy good deals on used videos! Way better than family video!
On Friday September 26th my husband and myself went into Extreme Gaming and Video and bought 4 blue ray movies and rented another, we spent well over $30.I paid with one of my debit cards and was told by the employee named Emma that the screen locked out and so she had to do the whole transaction again. I gave her my card again and when we left I had a bad feeling. So I called my debit card and come to find out we were double charged so now I am looking at the bill being well over $70. We went back in immediately to try and take care of the problem. Emma tried calling her boss and the boss named Sheila never answered. We were told that Sheila would call us back as soon as possible. We never heard anything over the weekend so we went back in Monday September 27. We spoke with Emma again and it just so happens that Sheila's son was there. We were told that we have to wait at least 2 weeks before they would be willing to even look into the problem. I told him it doesn't take me 2 weeks to pay my rental bill which I can't leave the store without paying. So why does it take 2 weeks to give me my money back? This he couldn't answer and told Emma to call his Mom again. Surprise she still didn't answer the phone and again we were told she would call us back. I am still waiting to hear something from her. I will never rent from that store again and I will never buy from them either. If this is how they practice their business then they should be out of business. So if this is a place that you do business at, I ask for you to stop. I believe this is nothing more than theft.
Great place got see new movies and play a lot of different types of games
They usually have new video rentals in stock. We don't rent much anymore due to Netflix and hulu
